LOCATION The site is located on the west side of Kersey Way, south of 49th Street SE, extending
south to the proposed extension of Evergreen Way SE within the Kersey III developments. Two existing
residences are located on the property, addressed as 2102 49th St. SE and 5011 Kersey Way SE.
PROPOSAL: Proposed 70 lot single family residential subdivision of a 22.97 acre tract in an R1 Single
Family Residential Zone. Minimum lot size will be 8000 sq. ft. Interior plat roads will be dedicated as
public streets. The project also includes several utility tracts, a storm drainage tract, and a stream/wetland
and associated buffers tract. The proposal also includes several plat modification requests concerning
street design standards
