Request: Variance to reduce the minimum required lot area for each duplex unit from 3,600 sq. ft. to
3,548 sq. ft. and the required lot area for the R4 Multifamily Residential District from 7,200
sq. ft. to 7,096 sq. ft. to allow future division of an existing 14,172 sq. ft. parcel into two
separate duplex lots. The property is located at 1330 29th St. SE (King County Tax Parcel
#3021059060).

Request: Variance to reduce the minimum lot width requirement of 60 ft. to 51.5 ft. to allow the future
division of a lot containing two duplexes into two separate lots, with a duplex on each. The
duplexes are addressed as 1108 and 1114 22nd St. NE and are located within a R3 Two-
Family (Duplex) Residential District (King County Tax Parcel #0001000103).
