Request: Proposed rezone of 3.79 acres from Single Family Residential
to Lakeland Hills South Planned Unit Development. If approved,
the applicant/owner is proposing the site be designated Light
Commercial within the PUD which implements the City of Auburn's
Comprehensive Plan designation for the subject property. The
site is located at 1406 167"Avenue E and is identified by Pierce
County Tax Parcels #0520053023, 3022, 3024 and 3018.
