THE GRANTOR City of Auburn, a municipal corporation (Utility Enterprise Fund)
for and in consideration of a Government Transfer
conveys and quit claims to the City of Auburn, a Municipal Corporation the following
described real estate, situated in the County of King, State of Washington including any
interest therein which grantor may hereafter acquire:

All that certain real property situate in the City of Auburn, County of King, State of Washington, being a portion of
the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 11, Township 21 North, Range 4 East, Wiiliamette
Meridian, described as follows:
Commencing at the East Quarter Corner of said Section 11, as shown on the Plat of "West Beverly Hill Division I",
recorded in Volume 140, of Plats, Pages 97-100, King County Records; Thence, along the East-West centerline of
Section 11, North 89956'54" West 1300.60 feet, to the south I/16th Corner of the northeast quarter of Section 11,
said point being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE, continuing along the East-West centerline of said
Section 11, North 89°56'54" West 167.57 feet; THENCE, leaving said East-West centerline, Northeasterly 118.79
feet, along the arc of a 230.00 foot radius curve, concave to the Southeast and.having a radial bearing of South
29°32'25" East, through a central angle of 2935'31".- THENCE, parallel with and 30.00 feet north from the
projected centerline of 15th St. NW, South 89°56'54" East 54.59 feet to the North-South centerline of the Northeast
Quarter of said Section 11; THENCE, along said North-South centerline South 01 ° 11'26" west 30.01 feet, to the
