2005 Concert Series line-up. Patrick announced the confinnation of the Comcast
Outdoor Cinema on July 22, which will also include the annual volunteer picnic

recruiting singers in Auburn's high schools and at local businesses that host
karaoke nights. The Fourth of July 2005 festival will feature Bobby Medina and
the Red Hot Band as the main stage act.
III. BRAVO! Update and 05/06 Season Planning
Ms. Patrick reported "Stand by Your Man: The Tammy Wynette Story" was a
success. Newspaper ads for the perfonnance helped with ticket sales as did a
series of radio spots on country music station KMPS The mailing list from Puget
Sound Musical Theatre was effective. Tears of Joy's BRAVO! Kids perfonnance
of "Ride the Red Mare" and Adventure Musical Theatre's "Baseball Saved Us"
were well received. Adventure Musical Theatre's school perfonnances for
district 3rd graders brought positive feed back.
The next BRA YO! perfonnance is the Auburn Symphony Orchestra's "Romance
is in the Air," Feb. 19 and 20. (60-second produced spots will run on KING FM.)
BRA YO! Kids will feature Payne Fifield's "Wild West Wonder Show," Mar. 5.
Staff continues to work on booking the 2005-2006 BRA YO! season. The Harlem
Gospel Choir has confinned perfonnances as well as Imago Theatre and the
Auburn Symphony Orchestra. The commission agreed to revisit the Evergreen
City Ballet's proposal of Giselle at the next meeting.
Commissioners suggested a possible change in the BRA YO! brochure design to
differentiate between the regular BRA YO! series and the BRA YO! Kids series.
IV. Call for Public Art at F St. SE and Auburn Way S.
The call for public art has been delayed but will go out soon. Construction to

public art project in 2005 and has approved the M Street underpass project as the
next possible site for a public art project. The vandalized public art piece, "The
