That Section 1 of Ordinanoe No. 208, entitled "An Ordinance to e..mend Section 1 of Ordinance No. 163 of the Ord- inances of the Town of Auburn, said Ordinance No. 163 being en- titled IAn Ordinance to nrovide for licensinIT skating rinks in the Town of Auburn and fixing psnalties for conducting the same without a 1 icense, I II be and the same is hereby amended so that as E'"mended it shall read as follows: II Section 1. That any person, firm or corporation, desiring a licenss to conduct a skating rink within the corporate limits of the Oi ty of Auburn, shall first pa.y in- to the City TreaslJ.ry of ~he City of Auburn a 1 icense fee as follows: The sum of ~50.00 per calendar year, or for any fractional ,art thereof, payable in advance, and that upon filing VIi th tl:e Ci t'T Clerk the Ci ty Treasurer I s re- ceipt for the amount of such license fee, said City Clerk shall issue the proper license permit. II Section 2.
