E. in the City of Auburn and amending Ordinance No. 705 of the ordinances of said city. THE CITY COIDrCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN DO ORDAIN AS FOLLO'."iS: Section 1. That seotion 7 of Ordinance No. 705 of the ordinances of the City of Auburn, passed and approved June 3, 1930 and entitled: "AN ORDINANCE providing for the improvement of all that portion of C street N. E., from !!ain street East to the intersection of said C street n. E. with Auburn Avenue, by the gTading and temporary 6l'avelling the full width thereof, exclusive of any existing sidewalks, and the doine of such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, all accordine to plans and specifications on file with the City Clerk and in accordance with the Resolution providing for 1000.1 Improvement District No. 98: approving and adopting said plans and specifioations: creatine Local Improvement Distriot No. 98 and Local Improvement PlUld, District No. 98: providing for the assessment of the costs and expenses of such improvement upon the property in said district; and providing for the payment thereof by bonds of said 0. istrict." be and the same hereby is amended SO that as amended the same shall read as fOllows:-' "section 7. Payment for said improvement shall be made in the first instance by warrants drawn upon said Looal Improvement Fund, which warrants shall bear interest at the rate of seven per cent per annum.
