HomeMy WebLinkAbout3038 . ~ ORDINANCE N0. 3 0 3 8 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, ESTABLISHING FEES TO BE CHARGED TO INDIVIDUALS REQUESTING CERTATN PERMITS AND ACTIONS BY THE CITY, PURSUANT TO THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON AND THE ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF AUBURN. THE CI7Y COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. On and after the effective date of this Ordinance, there shall be imposed the following fees charged to individuals requesting the City to take the actions hereinafter indicated on the following fee schedule, to-wit: ACTION REQUESTED APPLICANT FEE Shoreline Substantial Development $ 50.00 Rezones $ 75.00 Conditional Use Permits $ 75.00 Special Property Use Permits $ 75.00 Preliminary Plats $ 50.00 or $2.00 per lot whichever is greatest Final Plats $ 50.00 or $2.00 per lot whichever is greatest Short Plats $ 25.00 plus a recording fee of $2.00 for the first page and $1.00 for each additional page Board of Adjustment Variances, Special Exceptions, Temporary Uses and Conditional Use Permits........ $ 25.00 Environmental Assessments and Impact Statements.... $25.00 for actions requiring an Individual Determination of Environmental Significance and resulting in a Declaration of No Significant Impact. $ 25.00 for actions requiring an Impact Statement plus actual cost for preparation of Draft - and Final Impact Statements, including labor, materials, mailing, and other actual costs related to the drafting and circulating of the Impact Statement. 12-11-75 Page One 4 ti _ ` s Section 2. Applications for actions as set forth in Section 1 of this Ordinance shall not be accepted for filing until the above fee schedules have been paid to the City of Auburn. Section 3. All fee schedules inconsistent or contrary to the fee schedule set forth in Section 1 of this Ordinance are herewith declared void. Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5) days from and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by 1aw.
