THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 13.04.360, entitled "Rates-- Generally,' of the Auburn City Code, be amended as follows: 13.04.360 Rates - Generally. City of Auburn utility taxes are included in the monthly rate. ยท eotion 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement such administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry out the directions of this legislation. Section 3.
