AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COLrNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON, APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF RIVERWALK DIVISION #5
A 53-LOT SINGLE-FAMILY SUBDIVISION LOCATED WITHIN THE
RIVERWALK SUBDIVISION THAT IS LOCATED SOUTH OF HOWARD ROAD, IN
THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT ON FILE
WITH THE CLERK OF THE CITY OF AUBURN.
WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Auburn City
Council held on September 2, 1997, the Auburn City Council
approved the Final Plat of RIVERWALK DIVISION #5, Application
No. PLT0001-94, based on the following:

The Final Plat as submitted is in compliance
with the Preliminary Plat approved by
Resolution No. 2587 and all applicable
conditions have been met. Riverwalk Division
#4, is a 53-1ot single-family subdivision
located within Riverwalk.
The Final Pl'at is in compliance with the Zoning
and Land Division Ordinance and is consistent
with the City's engineering standards.

The Final Plat is in compliance and in
conformity with applicable Zoning and Land
Ordinance No. 5009

use controls.
The Plat is consistent with the Comprehensive
Plan.
3. The Plat meets the requirements of Chapter
58.17 RCW.
Based on the foregoing Findings of Fact and Conclusions,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
~ The Plat of RIVERWALK DIVISION #5, a 53-1ot
single-family subdivision located within Riverwalk, in the
City of Auburn, Washington, which Plat is on file with the
City Clerk of the City of Auburn, and which plat is legally
described on the face of the Final Plat and attached as
Exhibit 'A", is hereby approved.
~ Pursuant to RCW 58.17.170, the final
conforms to all terms of the preliminary plat approval
complies with all requirements of Chapter 58.17 RCW
applicable state and local laws.
