AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, AMENDING
SECTION 2.06.110 OF THE AUBURN CITY CODE
RELATING TO COUNCIL MEETINGS AND ORDER
OF BUSINESS
WHEREAS, the Auburn City Council has established its regular meeting
order of business by Ordinance, codified as Section 2.06.110 of the Auburn City
Code; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to update and modify the order of
business for City Council meetings to accommodate reports from City
Councilmembers attending regional and community meetings, functions and
activities.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION ONE. CODE AMENDMENT. Section 2.06.110 of the Auburn
City Code, relating to the order of business for regular Council Meetings, is
amended to read as follows:
2.06.110 Meetings - Order of business.
A. Call to order;
B. Citizen input, public hearings and correspondence;
C. Council committee reports;
D. Councilmember reports on regional and community
meetings, functions and activities
E. Consent agenda;
E-F. Old Unfinished business;
F-G_. New business;
GH. Ordinances and resolutions;
HI. Mayor's reports;
t_J. Adjournment. (Ord. 4166 § 2, 1986.)
SECTION TVVO. GENERAL SEVERABILITY. If any provision of this
Ordinance or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held to be

invalid, the remainder of such code, ordinance or regulation or the application
thereof to other person or cimumstances shall not be affected.
SECTION THREE. IMPLEMENTATION. The Mayor is hereby authorized
to implement such administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry out
the directives of this legislation.
SECTION FOUR. EFFECTIVE DATE. This Ordinance shall be in full
force and effect five (5) days after publication of the Ordinance Summary.
