North 1 /2 of the North 1 /2 of the Northeast 1 /4 in, ction 13~• Township 219 Range 4
E. W. M. and lying westerly of the Vlesterly margin of "C" Street Northwest and
running for a distance of 475+- feet westerly from the West margin of "C" Street;
and lying easterly of a line which is parallel with and 355 feet easterly when
measured at right angles from the Easterly margin of "HII Street Northwest;
(ALSO KNOWN AS 76th Avenue South and County mad) as said Easterly margin of
"1111 Street is estabUshed_ 20 feet from the. centerli~ne_ of said "H" Street., at which

Distribution Center in Auburn has been built. Said street uns for
a distance of approximately four hundred seventy-five (475) feet
westerly from the west margin of "C" Street;,
