That portion of Parcel 4 of the City of Auburn Short Plat recorded under Recording No.
9111040979, Records of King County, Washington, lying 30 feet on each side of the
following described line:
BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of said Parcel 4;
THENCE north 88* 34' 31" West along the Westerly projection of the North line of said
Parcel 4, a distance of 30.13 feet to a line which is 30 feet Westerly of, as measured
p6rpendicular to, the West line of said Parcel 4;
THENCE South 03 ° 51' 14" East parallel with said West line of Parcel 4, a distance of 34.58
feet to a point of curvature concave to the Northeast and the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING of this described line;
THENCE Southeasterly along said curve having a radius of 300.00 feet through a central
