The Grantor, the MILWAUKEE LAND COMPANY, an.Iowa corpo-
ration, for and'in consideration of Ten Doliars ($10.00) and
other good and valuable.consideration to it-in hand paid, receipt
whereof is- -hereby,-,acknowledged,.!convey s-and- ,quitclaims to the
CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation of the State.of Washing-
ton, Grantee, all of the right, title and interest of the Grantor
in and to the following described real estate-situated in the
County of King,-State-of Washington, for street purposes:
