Parcel "A": Government Lots 3 and 4, the south half of the northwest quarter, and the southwest quarter of Section 1, Township 21 North, Range 4 East, W.M., the northeast quarter of the northwest quarter, the south half of the northwest quarter and the north half of the southwest quarter of Section 12, said Township and Range and the northeast quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 13, said Township and Range,. EXCEPT that the grantee herein, its successors or assigns, shall have no right of ingress and egress to, from and between said SR 167 and the lands herein conveyed; nor shall the grantee herein, their successors or assigns, be entitled to compensation for any loss of light, view and air occasioned by the location, construction, main- tenance or operation of said highway. The specific details concerning all of which are to be found within that certain map of definite location now of record and on file in the Office of the Director of Highways at Olympia, Washington, bearing date of approval October 23, 1969 and revised October 22, 1971.
