HomeMy WebLinkAbout3472 Resolution No. 3 4 7 2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON FORMALIZING A TRANSIENT TIE DOWN FEE AT THE AUBURN MUNICIPAL AIRPORT. WHEREAS, the Fee schedules of the City of Auburn include tie down fees available for use at the Auburn Municipal Airport, but these tie down fees contemplate a longer use, with these fees changed on a month basis; and WHEREAS, there is a need for shorter term tie downs at the Airport; and WHEREAS, it is appropriate to formulize a short term use, with fees charged on a daily basis. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL FO THE CITY OF AUBURN HEREBY RESOLVES as follows: Section'l. That there is hereby set a transient tie down fee in the amount of $5.00 per day. Section 2. That this fee shall be added to the fee schedule within the City of Auburn. Section 3. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement such administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry out the directives of this legislation. Section4.
