convey and quit claim to CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation
the following described real estate, situated in the County of King
State of Washington including any interest therein which grantor may hereafter acquire :
FOR STREET PURPOSES
A strip of land 60 feet wide lying in Section 6, Township 21 North, R
5 East, W.M., King County, Washington, the centerline of said strip
described as follows:
Beginning at the NW corner of the William Brannan Donation Claim No.
37, thence S 88050155" E 586.55 ft along the North line said claim;
thence S 0054100" E 157.60 ft to the True Point of Beginning; th S
0054100" E 101.47 ft; thence on a curve to the right 353.08 feet,
