All that portion of the hereinafter described Tract X described as
follows:
Commencing at the southeast corner of said Tract, being the TRUE
POINT OF BEGINNING;
thence southwesterly along the northerly line of M. Markedahl Road,
a distance of 30.00 feet;
thence northeasterly to a point on the easterly line of said
Tract X, distant thereon 32.00 feet north from the true point of
beginning;
thence southerly, along the easterly line of said Tract X, 32.00
feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
