That portion of the George E. King Donation Claim #40 in Section 6, T 21 N, R 5 E,
and Section 31, T 22 N, R 5 E, W. M. , in King County, Washington, more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at a concrete monument on the west line of said George King Donation Claim
#40 that is 3299.84 feet southerly of the NW corner thereof, as described per Boundary
Line Agreement, dated March 2, 1979 and recorded under Auditor's File #7903021118,
records of King County, Washington; Thence continuing S 01047'59" W along the west line
of said King Donation Claim #40 a distance of 291.08 feet; Thence S 87015'31" E a distance
of 2167.580 feet; Thence N 01047'59" E a distance of 348.127 feet, more or less, to a
point on that certain common boundary line, as described per aforesaid Boundary Line
Agreement; Thence N 88046'00" W along said common boundary line a distance of 2167. 394
feet, more or less, to the Point of Beginning.
Together with ingress -egress and utilities easements as recorded under Auditor's File
#8008260714 and 8009110655.
Subject to an easement for a power line as recorded under Auditor's File #2084993.
