hereinabove described being transferred by this deed, by
itself, its agents, employees, in perpetuity, as and for a reg-
ulation 18-hole golf course (approximately par 72) and public
park purposes on those portions of said.property not suited
for golf course, open to the general public.
13. This deed is given to correct the Statutory Warranty Deed
between the Green River Golf & Country Club as grantor and the
City of Auburn as grantee for the same real property, which.deed
was executed on the 20th day of June, 1968 and recorded under
Auditor's File No,. 7 records of King County, Washington,
the correction being to add a recital herein as follows:
"This conveyance is made in consideration of money coming in
whole or in part from the Outdoor Recreation account of the
general fund of the State of Washington. The purchaser takes
subject to the obligations of the project agreement contract
between it and the Washington State Interagency Committee
for Outdoor Recreation dated March 22, 1968, copies of which
are in possession of the purchaser and the Interagency
Committee. The project agreement contract provided, among
other things, that the purchaser shall not at any time con-
vert this property to uses other than for which state assis-
tance was originally granted unless it has obtained prior
approval of the Interagency Committee for Outdoor Recreation
in the manner required by RCW 43.99.100 for marine recrea-
