for and in consideration of $1.00 and other good and valuable consideration
conveys and quit claims to the CITY OF AUBURN, a Municipal Corporation
the following described real estate, situated in the County of KING
State of Washington including any interest therein which grantor may hereafter acquire:
A parcel of land lying in Wm. Brannon Donation Claim No. 37, situate
in Sections 6 and 7, Township 21 North, Range 5 East, W.M., more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast ccrner of the South 1/2 of Wm. Brannon
Donation Claim No. 37; thence West 643 feet; thence North 00019'50"
West 781.54 feet to TPOB; thence North 00°19'50" West 574.46 feet;
thence East 30 feet; thence South 00°19'50" East 467.83 feet; thence
111;98 feet on a curve to the left, said curve having a radius of
203.81 feet and a delta angle of 31°28'53" to True Point of Beginning.
