the following described real estate, situated in the County of KING

A parcel of land for road purposes being a portion of the South 100
feet of Lots 10, 11 and 12, Block 16, C.D. Hillman's Auburndale Addition to
the City'of Seattle, Division No. 2, according to the plat thereof recorded
in Volume 13 of Plats, page 92, in King County, Washington, lying westerly
of E. E. Harvey Road Number 2328; EXCEPT the west 10 feet of Lot 10 and
described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the North right-of-way line of 10th
Street Northeast and the Southwesterly right-of-way line of Harvey Road;
thence North 38°47'44" East along said Southwesterly right-of-way line of
Harvey Road, a distance -of 17.70 feet; thence South 23°16'58" blest, a
distance of 14.73 feet to said North right-of-way 'line of 10th Street
northeast; thence South 89°06'10" East along said North right-of-way line,
a distance of 16.91 feet to the point of beginning and containing an area
of 115 square feet more or less. /
