East 371 feet also less the following: beginning at a point
on the northeasterly marginal line of E. E. Harvey Road, 30 feet
due north of the southerly marginal line of Block 10, thence
east parallel with the south boundary line 200 feet; thence
north 160 feet; thence west or a line parallel with the south
boundary line 344 feet more or Jess to the northeasterly marginal
line of said E. E. Harvey Road; thence'southeasterly along said
E. E. Harvey Road to the point of beginning. Also less portion
southwesterly of E. E,. Harvey Road.
