Beginning at the Southeast corner of said tract; thence North 39028'09"
West along the Westerly margin of E.E. Harvey County Road 37.30 feet to
the point of intersection of the same tangents of a curve, said point
being the true point of beginning; thence continuing North 39028'09" West,
49.54 feet to the point of curve of said curve having a radius of 25.00
feet and a radial bearing of South 50031'51" West and a central angle of
126026'53"; thence Southwesterly along said curve 55.17 feet to the point
of tangency, said point of tangency being on a line 30.00 feet North, mea-
sured at right angles and parallel to the South line of said tract; thence
North 86058'44" East 49.54 feet to the true point of beginning.
