convey and quit claim to The City of Auburn, a municipal corporation
the following described real estate, situated in the County of King
State of Washington including any interest- therein which grantor may hereafter acquire:
That portion of Tract 10 and portions of Lots 1 to 8, inclusive, B1k 12 of
D. Hi.11.man's Auburndale Addition #2 as recorded in Vol 13 of Plats, Pg 92,
records of King-County-,-Washington,_ lying`SW1y of E. E. Harvey Road, together
with the meandered channel of the White River (now dryj where it abut tii upon
or adjoins the above described parcel; described as follows:
Begin at the SE cor of the above described parcel; th N 40°34' W, 37.33 feet;
th S 85057' W along a line 30.00 feet North of (mess at right angles) and paral-
lel to the Sly boundary of said tract #10, 66.03 feet to the PC of a curve having
a radius of 27.00 feet, a radial bearing of N 4003' W and a central angle of
126°31', said PC being the TPOB; th NE1y along said curve 59.62 feet to the PT,
said PT being 10.00 feet SWly of (meas at right angles) the Westerly margin of
E. E. Harvey Road; th N 40°34' W, 70.00 feet,,th N 38016'33" W, 183.97 feet;
th N 49026100" E, 2.65 feet to the W1y margin of E. E. Harvey Road; th S 40°34' E
253.82 feet along said Wly margin to the PC of a curve to the right, having a
radius 'of 25.00 feet, a radial bearing of S 49°26' W and a central angle of
126°31'; th SWly along said curve 55.20 feet to the PT, said PT being 30.00 feet
North (measured at right angles) of said Sly boundary of Tract #10; th S 85°57' W,
16.41 feet along said Sly boundary to the TPOB.
