the following described real estate, situated in the County of King
Washington:
A parcel of land for road purposes being a portion of the North 155
feet of Lots 22 through 27, inclusively, Block 16, lying Northeasterly of
County Road No. 2358 (Harvey Road); EXCEPT the South 65 feet thereof, in
C. D. Hillman's Auburndale Addition to the City of Seattle, Division No. 2,
according to the plat thereof recorded in Volume 13 of Plats, page 92, in
King County, Washington, and described as follows:

Beginning at the intersection of the South right-'of-way line of 12th Street
N.E. and the Northeasterly right-of-way line of Harvey Road (said
intersection being the Northwest corner of the above described parcel);
thence South 38047'44" East along said Northeasterly right-of-way line of
Harvey Road, a distance of 31.95 feet to the beginning of a curve to the
right, the radius point of said curve bears North 51012'16" East, a
distance of 15.00 feet; thence along said curve to the right in a
Northwesterly and Northeasterly direction, having a radius of 15.00 feet,
through a central angle of 129042'04", an arc distance of 33.96 feet to
said South right-of-way line of 12th Street N.E.; thence North 89005'40"
West along said South right-of-way line, a distance of 31.95 feet to the
point of Beginning.
