Hagadorn and Jean Ann Hagadorn (husband and wife) for and in consideration of Twenty-eight Thousand Dollars ($28,000.00) and other valuable considerations in hand paid, conveys and warrants to the City of Auburn, a Municipal Corporation organized pursuant to the Laws of the State of Washington, the following described real estate, situated in the County of King, State of Washington: The East 396.03 feet of the South 246.02 feet of the NE 1/4 LO) of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 9, Township 21 North, 0 Range 5 East, W.M., in King County, Washington, less the West 216.02 feet and that portion within County Road. bD This deed is subject to t he full conditions in favor of Grantors herein, to-wit: 1. A 7-foot cyclone fence on all sides of the existing and newly acquired property of the Grantee plus one foot of barbed wire making a total of 8 feet. (approximately 246.02 feet by 366.02 feet.) 2. That all sides of said property, east, west, north, and south be pro- perly and reasonably screened by landscaping acceptable to the Grantor. 3. That the Grantee will grant the Grantor an easement for ingress and egress over the south 30 feet (366.02) of the total take area. 4. That cyclone fence gates be placed at the west and east boundaries of the easement area and that the Grantor will have keys to either a double lock or single lock system so that Grantor may traverse the easement at their con- venience. 5. That the soil that is to be moved for construction of the tanks be placed on the remainder of the Grantor's property at a site that will be designated by Grantor (approximately 300-400 feet from excavation site.) 6. That the Grantee will pursue and acquire the fill permit for the dumping of over 500 yards of dirt on Grantor's property. 7. That the Grantor will want to salvage the existing field fencing and barbed wire and posts around the perimeter and take area and existing Grantee property as Grantor has had to replace most of the original fence. j IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said individuals have caused this instrument to be exe- cuted this 10th STATE OF WASHINGTON ) ss. Hagadorn and Jean Ann Hagadorn (husband and wife) to me known to be the individuals described in and who executed the foregoing instrument, and acknowledged to me that they signed and sealed this said instrument as their free and voluntary act and deed for the uses and pur- poses therein mentioned.
