WITNESSETH, that the Council of King County, by Motion No. 2172 passed
on May 24, 1976. has authorized the conveyance of the following described
real property to King County, apolitical subdivision of the State of Wash-
ington, pursuant to R.C.M. 84.64.320, for and in consideration of the sun
of $3.62, said sun being not less than the principal amount of the unpaid
taxes on the property more particularly described as follows: .
Tax Lot 10 - West 30 feet of the East 675 feet of the SW 1/4
of the NE 1/4 of Section 17, Township 21 North, Range 5 East,
W.M.. situate Ila King County, Washington.
NOW THEREFORE, the Grantor, King County, does hereby convey to King j
County. Grantee, for and in consideration of the sum of $3.62, and other

valuable consideration, the property hereinbefore described, for right of

way purposes.
