THE GRANTOR JOHN W. GREGGS and AMELIA GREGGS, his wife
for and in consideration of Valuable Consideration
in hand paid, conveys and warrants to City of Auburn, a municipal corporation
the following described real estate, situated in the County of King
State of Washington: Beginning at the southeast corner of lot 11, block 11
Trueson 2nd Addition to Auburn; thence east 330,74 feet, thence south 30
feet, thence west 330.74 feet, thence north 30 feet to the true point of
beginning.
This deed is given without cash consideration with the
understanding that the property conveyed will become dedicated road.
