having a radius of 7.00 feet, a radial bearing of S 0°31'25" E and a central
angle of 89°16'05"; th Southeasterly along said curve 10.91 feet to the point
of tangency with the Westerly boundary of "M" Street S.E.; thence N 0°
12'30" E, 6.91 feet to the point of beginning.
