the following described real estate, situated in the County of King
State of Washington including any interest therein which grantor may hereafter acquire:
FOR STREET PURPOSES
That portion of the east half of the southwest quarter of the northeast quarter
Township 21 North, Range 5 )vast, W.M., in King County, Washington,
described as follows:
Commencing at the center of said 08MW 191, thence north 89°38'35" east,
1322.96 feet along the south line of said northeast quarter; thence north
10°40'28" west, 30.55 feet to the northerly boundary of 17th Street Southeast,
said point also being on the westerly boundary of "M" Street Southeast, as
said boundary is described in deed recorded July 24, 1967, under Auditors
File No. 6207746, said point also being the True Point of Beginning; thence
continuing north 10°40'28" west, 20.37 feet to a curve to the right, having
a radius of 17.00 feet, said curve having a radial bearing of south 79 1912
west; thence southwesterly along said curve through a central angle of 100
1910311, an arc distance of 29.76 feet to a point on the northerly boundary
of said 17th Street Southeast; thence north 89°38'35!,` east, 20.37 feet to
the True Point of Beginning; containing 93.3 square feet, more or less.

At a regular meeting of the Board of Directors of MOBIL OIL CORPORATION, held at 150 East 42nd
Street, New York, N.Y., on Friday, the 25th day of January, 1974, at which meeting a quorum was present and
assented to its passage, the following Resolution was adopted:
RESOLVED, that, effective February 1, 1974, the Chairman of the Board, the President, the Vice
Chairman of the Board, -the Vice Presidents, and each of them, be and they are hereby authorized
to execute, acknowledge and deliver any and all instruments in the name and on behalf of this
Corporation, including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, deeds conveying real estate,
with the same force and effect as if specific authority were granted by this Board in each particular
instance, the authority hereby granted to be exercised by the respective persons from time to time
duly elected or appointed to the aforesaid positions; and the Secretary or an Assistant Secretary are
hereby authorized to attest the execution of such instruments and to affix the Corporate Seal thereto.
