HOWARD and EVA MAE HOWARD, his wife,; for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, convey and warrant to EL PASO NATURAL GAS COMPANY, its successors and assigns, the following described real estate situated in the County of King, State of Washington: A strip of land 120.0 feet in width, being 40.0 feet westerly and 80.0 feet easterly of the following des- cribed surveyline; beginning at a point in the West boundary of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter_(NEkSEk) of Section 33, Township 21 North, Range 5 East, W.M.,, said point bears South 49e32' West a dis- tance of 1,657.2 feet from a 1-inch iron pipe and rock pile for the East Quarter corner of said Section 33; thence North-39`06' East a distance of 425.8 feet; thence North 38e50' East a distance of 1,527.8 feet, thence North 39*04' East a distance of 60.5 feet to a point on the East boundary of said Section 33, said point bears northerly along said boundary a distance of 492.1 feet from the East Quarter corner of said Section 33, containing approximately 6.07 acres, more or less.
