North, Range 5-East;-W:M:,-King County, Washington; beginning'at a point on the West
line of said D.L.C. #37, a distance of 1485 feet North of the Southwest corner of
said D.L.C. #37 said point being the true point of beginning; thence East 625.44 feet
along the North line of said South 1485 feet of said D.L.C. #37; thence Northwesterly
to a point 1838.84 feet North and 611.93 feet East of the Southwest corner of said
D.L.C. #37; thence West 611.93 feet to the West line of said D.L.C. #37; thence South
353.84 feet to the point of beginning. EXCEPT the North 107.84 feet of the West
279.4 feet and EXCEPT the West 30 feet for State Road No. 5.
