THE GRANTOR C. E. ANDERSON and L. K. ANDERSON, his wife,
for and in consideration of One and no/100s dollars
convey and quit claim to CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation,
the following described real estate, situated in the County of King
State of Washington including any interest therein which. grantor may hereafter acquire:
FOR STREET PURPOSES
Commencing at the Northwest corner of the South one-half of the William H.
Brannan Donation Land Claim No. 37, being parts of Section 6 and 7, T 21 N,
R 5 East of W.M., in King County, Washington; thence N. 890 091 3011 E., along
the north line of said South one-half, 566,50 ft.; thence S 10 041 3011 E.
133.40 ft. to the Point of Beginning of this description; thence continue
S 1° 04' 3011 E. 51.60 ft. to a point on the South line of the N. 185 ft.
of Donation Land Claim No. 37; thence N 890 09' 3011 E. along said South line
19.68 ft. to the beginning of a curve to the left from which the radius
point bears S 730 191 291, W. 280,00 ft. distant; thence northwesterly
along said curve to the left through a central angle of 90 18t 2111 an arc
distance of 45.48 ft. to a point of reverse curvature from which the
radius boint bears N 64° 011 0$11 E. 220.00 ft. distant; thence northeasterly
along a curve to the right through a central angle of 20 341 2811 an are
distance of 9.89 ft. to the Point of Beginning of this description.
The above described parcel embraces 510 sq. ft. in area.
