convey and quit claim to THE CITY OF AUBURN, A Municipal Corporation
the following described real estate, situated in the County of King
State of Washington including any interest therein which grantor may hereafter acquire:

Auburn, as recorded in Volume 17 of Plats, Page 98, records of King County,
Washington, described as follows:
Begin at the southeast corner of said Lot No. 33; thence N 00°19"50'.' W, along
the east boundary of said Lot No. 33, 5.00 ft. to the true point of beginning;
thence continuing N 00°19'15" W, 2.50 ft.; thence west parallel to the south

point 5.00 ft; north of the south boundary of said Lot No. 33; thence east
