THE GRANTOR, FAUCETT ESTATE INC., a corporation organized and I existing
under and pursuant to the laws of the State of Washington, for the
consideration of One ($1.00) Dollar and for and in consideration of the
benefits which will accrue to Grantor as owner of the real estate bor-
dering upon the real estate herein conveyed by the creating, extending
and opening up of a certain street in The City of Auburn as a part of
H Street N.E. in said city, conveys and quit-claims to THE CITY OF
AUBURN, a city of the third class situate in the county of King, State
of Washington, all interest in the following described real estate:
A tract of land fifty (•50) feet in width in an
easterly and westerly direction situate in the
east three hundred sixty-five (365) feet of the
South one-half of the northeast one-f4th ( )
of the northwest one-f*th of Section 18,
Township 21 North,,Range 5 East W.Mi bounded on
the north by the north line of said South * of
the northeast of the Northwest -k of said Section
18 and bounded on the south by the northerly end
of H Street N.E. in The City of Auburn as the same
appears on the plat of Poplarwood Addition to
Auburn, Washington, now of record in the County
Auditor's Office of King County, Washington, and
the center line of which tract of land hereby con-
veyed is a straight line beginning at a point on
the north line of said South * of the northeast
of the northwest . of said section 18, 185 feet 110.4
west of the east line of said Soot-ion , an
running thence southerly to and ending at the
center line of the north end of said H Street N.E.
as the same appears on said plat of Poplarwood Addition
to Auburn; situate in the County of King, State of
Washington;
