Malesis, a widow, a resident of Auburn, King County, Washington, for and in consideration of Five Hundred Fifty and No/100ths dollars in hand paid, conveys and warrants to The City of Auburn, a City of the third class, situate in the County of King, State of Washirg ton, the-following described real estate, situated in the County of King State of Washington : A tract of land situate in Government Lot 1, Section 1$, Township 21 north, range 5 east, W.M., on the easterly side of and fronting upon State Highway No. 5, particularly bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a point on the southeasterly marginal line of State Road No. 5, C. Street N.E. in the City of Auburn, which point is 304.84 feet northerly, measured at right angles, from the southerly boundary line of said Government Lot 1, running thence easterly on a line parallel with the southerly boundary line of said Government Lot 1 a distance of 120 feet to a point, thence northerly on a line parallel with the easterly boundary line of said Government Lot 1 a distance of 10.66 feet to a point, thence westerly on a line parallel with the southerly boundary line of said Government Lot 1 a distance of approxi- mately 120 feet to the southeasterly marginal line of said State Highway No. 5, thence southwesterly along the south- easterly marginal line cf said State Highway No. 5 and C. Street N.E. in the City of Auburn, a distance of approximately 10.66 feet to the point of beginning.
