Statutory Warranty Deed
THE GRANTORS GEORGE LYDEN and ETHEL 14AY LYDEN, Husband and Wife,
for and inconsideration of One Dollar and Other Good and Valuable Considerations
in hand paid, conveys and warrants to CITY OF AUBURN , for street purposes
the following described real estate, situated in the County of King , State of
Washington: The South 36 feet of the following description. That portion of
Government Lot 8, Section 18, Township 21 North, Range 5 East of the W. M. in
King County Washington described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner
of said Section; thence East along the North line of said section 1550.19 feet
to the true point of beginning; thence continuing Fast along said North line
335.22 feet; thence south 509.25 feet, more or less, to intersect a line parallel
with and 150 feet North of the south line of the north half of said government
lot 8; thence westerly along said parallel line 335.22 feet; thence north 509.25
feet, more or less to true point of beginning.
EXCEPT the North 220 feet thereof.
