METROPOLITAN FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF SEATTLE

the owner and holder of that certain mortgage bearing date the 1st day of April 1964
executed by Harry Warren Waddingham and Marjorie J. Waddingham; husband and wife
to secure payment of the sum of
Thirteen Thousand Six Hundred and No/100-------------------- ($13,600.00) Dollars
and interest, and recorded in the office of the County Auditor of King County, State of
Washington, on the 3rd day of April 19 64 , in Volume 1 821
of Mortgages, at page 657 , being Auditor's File No. 5718590 , for value received, does hereby
release and discharge from the lien of said mortgage the following described portion of the mortgaged premises,
situate in the County of King , State of Washington, to-wit:
The North 5 ft. of the following described property:
The East 45.feet of Lot 7 in. Block "Ell of Arthur C. Ballard''s Condict
Addition to Auburn, as per plat recorded in Volume'19 of Plats, on
page 88, records of King County; situate in the City of Auburn,
County of King, State of Washington.
But this release shall not impair the lien of the said mortgage as to the lands therein described, not hereby released.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said corporation has caused this instrument to be executed by its proper officers
and its be hereunto affixed this 27th day of October 19 70 .
