THE GRANTOR MIYO TSUJIKAWA, as to a life estate, and BEN T. TSUJIKAWA, as his separate estate, as to
the remainder by deed for and in consideration of $13.240.00 (thirteen-thousand two-hundred forty dollars) in hand
paid, conveys and warrants to the City of Auburn, a Municipal Corporation the following described real estate,

being a portion of the following described "Total Parcel:"
Beginning at the northeast corner of Government Lot 1, Section 18, Township 21 North, Range 5
East, W.M. in King County, Washingwn, said corner being marked by a 4 inch by 4 inch concrete
monument; thence west along the north line of said Section 18, 66.09 feet to a point; thence south
10.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence west on a line parallel with the north line
