This grant is made so long as the City of Auburn shall maintain
a left hand lane into the property of the grantor contiguous
to the property herein described.

The north 30 acres of that portion of the SW 114 of the NW 114 of Section 27,
Twp 21 N, Range 5 EWM lying northeasterly of the northeast line of state high-
way No. 5 also the SW1/4 of the NW1/4 of Section 27, Twp 21N, Range 5 EWM less
the north 30 acres lying northeasterly of the northeast line of State Highway
No. 5 and less Auburn Academy Rd. - (32nd Street S.E.) Togetherwith a strip
of land 5 feet in width running parallel to and contiguous with the northwest-
erly line of 32nd Street S.E. and a strip of land running parallel to and con-
tiguous with the southeasterly line of 32nd Street S.E., for a distance of
200 feet measured northeasterly along the centerline of 32nd Street S.E. from
its intersection with the centerline of State Highway No. 5. Also a triangular
piece of land with a radius of 40 feet lying northwesterly of and contiguous with
the intersection of the new right-of-way lines of 32nd Street S.E. and State
Highway No. 5 and a triangular piece of land with a radius of 15 feet lying
southeasterly of and contiguous with the intersection of the new right-of-way
