An easement for ingress, egress, and.u.t.i.lity purposes. to Lift Station and Drainage Tracts, including access for mainte- nance purposes in Lakeland Hills, Division 1 & 2 Off-Site, Parcel E , legally described in Exhibit "E" attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein. 4.
