Enclosed you will find two original Statutory Warranty Deeds, both
with the same legal description, one from Phyllis Joan Hofer to the
City and the other John P. Hofer to the City.
For the amount of acreage involved it appears that this may be for
a lot line adjustment or a road adjustment.
I was initially involved in this transaction as an acquisition on
behalf of the school district.
These Deeds should be placed in the safekeeping of the City.
