conveys and quit claims to. the CITY OF AUBURN, A Municipal Corporation
the following described real estate, situated in the County of KING
State of Washington including any interest therein which grantor may hereafter acquire :
FOR STREET PURPOSES

That portion of Lot 1 of East Auburn Acres, according to the plat recorded
in Volume 14 of Plats, Page 41, records of King County, Washington, described
as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot 1 of East Auburn Acres; thence
South 0056' West along the Easterly margin of "M" Street S.E., 16.03 feet to
the point of cusp of a curve concave Southeasterly, said curve having a
radius of 17.00 feet, a radial bearing at said point of South 89°04' East and
a central angle of 86°39'; thence Northeasterly along said curve 25.71
feet to the P.T., said P.T. being on the Southerly margin of East Main
Street; thence South 87°35' West along the Southerly margin of East Main
Street, 16.03 feet to the point of beginning.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said corporation has caused this instrument to be executed by its proper officers
and its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed this Ist day of February, 1971.
