YYITNESSETH dHE 1 the Grantors are the owners of Lot 4, Block 9., Railroad Addition of the City of Auburn., and WHEREAS the Grantee is desirous of running a sewer line through said property and the Grantors are willing to grant an easement therefor, NOW THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration, the Grantors., their heirs., successors and assigns, hereby grant and convey to the Grantee., its successors and assigns., an easement for sewer purposes to the north 5 feet of Lot 4, Block 9., Railroad Addition to the City of Auburn, said real estate being located in the County of King, State of Washington, together with the right to come on said Lot 4., Block 9., Railroad Addition to the City of Auburn., for the purpose of construct- ing, inspecting and repairing of said sewer line. Williams Deputy B t CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT THIS AGREEMENT made this 6th day of January , 19 78 , between the CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation of King County, State of Washington, hereinafter termed "Grantee" and Massey's Food Center, Inc., a Washington Corporation "Grantor". WITNESSETH: The Grantor does hereby grant unto the Grantee and its authorized agents a temporary right-of--way or easement to be used only during construction of a Street Improvement Project on adjacent property; said temporary easement shall terminate upon acceptance of the Street Improvement Project by the Grantee. The said temporary right-of-,way or easement shall be through and across the following described property situated in King County, Washington, more particularly described as follows:.
