CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT made this 17th day of Jn714 , 19 78, between
the CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation of King County, State of Washington,
hereinafter termed "Grantee" and Roy J. Webster and Beatrice A. Webster
'Grantor".
WITNESSETH:
The Grantor does hereby grant unto the Grantee and its authorized agents a
temporary right-of-way or easement to be used only during construction of a
street imnrov~ment prnjPr_-t on adjacent property; said temporary easement
shall terminate upon acceptance of the street improvement project
by the Grantee. The said temporary right-of-Tway or easement shall be through
and across the following described property situated in King County, Washington,
more particularly described as follows:
Ten feet northwesterly of the following described property:
Beginning at the intersection of the North marginal line of:dross Street and
the West marginal line of Auburn Way South; thence North 1042'00" West, along
the West marginal line of Auburn Way South, 20.59 feet, to a point on a curve
having a radius of 30.00 feet, said curve having a radial bearing of North
53046'12" West; thence Southwesterly along said curve through a central angle
of 69044'58", an arc distance of 36.52 feet to a point on the north marginal
line of Cross Street; thence South 74001'14" East, along said North line,
34.40 feet to the true point of beginning and containing 211.769 square feet,
more or less.
