Washington: The following property deeded for street purposes:
That portion of tract 3, East Auburn Acres according
to plat thereof recorded in volume 14 of plats, page 41,
records of said county, described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of tract 3 of East
Auburn Acres, thence east along the south line of said
tract 3, 115.22 feet, thence north parallel to the west
line of tract 3, 100 feet to the true point of beginning;
thence north parallel to the west line of said tract 3 to
a point on the north line of tract 3, said point being
115.35 feet east of the northwest corner of said tract 3;
thence east along the north line of tract 3, 50 feet;
thence south parallel to the west line of said tract 3, 352.5
feet; thence southeasterly to a point on the south line of
tract 3, said point being 200.0 feet east of.the southwest
corner of said tract 3; thence west along the south line of
said tract 3, 50 feet; thence northwesterly to the true
point of beginning.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said corporation has caused this instrument to be executed by its proper officers
