and assigns, an easement and right-of-way, over, through, under, across, upon and in the

in Volume 42 of Plats, Page 21, records of King County; beginning at a point 5.0 feet
south of the northwest corner on the western boundry; thence northeasterly to a point
which is 5.0 feet easterly from the northwest corner on the northern boundry, thence
westerly to the northwest corner, thence southerly to the point of beginning.

purpose necessary and related thereto.
This easement is granted with the understanding that the property affected
will be promptly and properly returned to a condition equal to its original condition
upon each and all completion of construction, operation, maintenance, use, repair and/or
replacement. The Grantee also agrees to indemnify and save harmless the grantors from
any liability arising from each and all uses contemplated herein. The Grantor agrees
that no structure will be eracted on the easement that would interfere with the use
contemplated without the written consent of the Grantee.
As a further part of the consideration for this easement, the Grantor
