grant and convey to
an easement
over and across, upon and underneath, the following described land for ingress
and egress and for the purpose of laying, maintaining, and installing
8" water line with fir hkdrants also 8" sanitary sewer line
said land being described as:
Tract 29 East Auburn Acres according to the
plat thereof recorded
in Volume 14 of plats, page 41, in King Cou
nty, Washington.
The easement shall be fifteen (15) feet in
width, having
