for and in consideration of One and no one hundred dollars
conveys and quit claims to the CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation
the following described real estate, situated in the County of King
State of Washington including any interest therein which grantor may hereafter acquire:
FOR STREET PURPOSES
That portion of Lot 1, Block 4, Auburn View Heights Addition to Auburn as
recorded in Volume 67 of Plats, Wage 3, records of King County, Washington,
described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Lot 1, Block 4, Auburn View Heights
Addition; thence North 0032'38" West along the Easterly margin of Dogwood St.
S.E., 38.00 feet to a point, said point being the True Point of Beginning;
thence continuing North 0032'38" West, 39.95 feet to the point of curve of a
